Old sketch I found and decided to color. This is my character Gareth with little Taka. The original sketch had Uru in it as well, but I decided to drop her out because... well I just couldn't get her to look right XD hahaha She kept looking too much like Sarabi and it was bothering me. I was listening to the Tarzan soundtrack when I sketched this originally. This would be the first time and last time little Taka saw his biological father. Ahadi would have him killed soon after this touching scene. I decided to change Gareth's eye color as well. I didn't want him to have green eyes like I initially thought. I wanted little Taka to have the soft eyes of his mother and looks of his father. I love Gareth. I need to start drawing him more.

I love that you changed the eye color, I've always felt that Scar got his green eyes from Uru :3

Yes! I love Uru with green eyes :3 I'm working on the character sheet for Gareth right now (: I change a couple things, but I really like the way he's turning out <3
